Microsoft Office 365 Subscription Expired

Starting up one of the Microsoft Office 365 applications you may get a Subscription expired message like the one pictured below. If you don't get the following dialog but have a message that Microsoft Office is expired. Click on File, then Account. You should see a button that says Resolve. Click on Resolve and it should pop up the following dialog box.

Here are the steps to fix your subscription:
1) Press the Sign In button

2) Press Sign In button on the following dialog box

3) Fill in your student email address and press Next

4) You may get the following dialog box. If you do select Work or school account. If not go to the next step.

5) Enter the password you use to login to a student computer and press Sign in

6) You should see the following dialog appear

7) If you have registered on too many computers, you may see the following dialog. If you do see the instructions on how to remove some of the computers, you have registered and then return to these instructions to finish.

8) If all goes well you should see the following Dialog. Click OK

9) Restart the Microsoft application that you tried to open. You should not see any expiration notice.
