How do I remove the cached email address of a rehired employee?

1) Create a new email
2) In the To field, enter the name or address you want to remove. As you enter the contact information, the autocomplete list displays the available matches.

3) Press the Down Arrow key to highlight the entry you want to delete from the list.

4) Select Delete (the X to the right of the contact name). Or, press the Delete key.

5) To get the employees new account. click on the To button and look the account up in the Global Address Directory.
